A Space for Growth: Our Menstruation & Wellbeing Course
At Ihsan Institute, we believe that understanding your body is a key part of understanding your faith. We’ve designed this course to teach you about everything to do with the female cycle, from the essential Fiqh to everyday health.
We’re moving beyond just the "rules." Over 10 sessions, we’ll dive into the Maliki school’s rulings on worship and purity, but we’re also bringing in experts to help us look at the bigger picture. We’ll be joined by a Doctor to talk about the transition into menopause and a Nutritionist to discuss fertility and how our diet affects our hormones.
Our goal is simple: we want you to leave feeling more in tune with your body’s natural rhythms and more confident in your practice. Whether you're looking for clarity on legal rulings or just want to feel healthier and more grounded in your faith, we’d love for you to join us.
